Professional hand spliced eye—the splice is stronger than the rope!

A meticulous process of creating a loop at the end of a rope through skilled manual splicing techniques not only ensures a secure and reliable connection but also results in an eye splice that is often stronger than the rope itself. By carefully interweaving and tucking the strands of the rope back into itself, the splice distributes the load evenly, minimizing stress concentrations and maximizing strength.

Heat sealed bitter end prevents fraying

The bitter end of a rope undergoes a crucial process to ensure longevity and reliability. The heat seal applied to the fibers melts them together to prevent fraying and unraveling, maintaining the integrity of the rope and preventing potential hazards caused by loose fibers.

For additional protection against environmental factors such as moisture, abrasion, and corrosion, the heat-sealed bitter end is enveloped in a non-corrosive, flexible polyolefin shrink tube, which acts as a shield that safeguards the rope from wear and tear while retaining its flexibility and handling characteristics.
